Online Payment Policy:
Any person paying online should use their own personal credit or debit cards. If not, then the service may not be awarded.

Privacy Policy:
One of the basics of our company’s existence is to provide our customers with a hassle free and smooth booking process that is entirely digitalized. Our website stores information about individuals booking through us where we collect information’s like name, email address, mobile number to confirm that they receive the right product they order. Furthermore, for car rental bookings we also ask our customers to provide us with their documents for registration of the car rental process with RTA and providers portal. Our secure website accepts online payment through credit/debit cards which why is it should be clear that Spider car rental LLC does not store any of its customers’ payment data rather a full payment is taken by the payment gateway company and the corresponding bank.

Weekend Booking Policy:
Kindly call our service center before booking a car on the weekends for one day to guarantee the car availability
Bookings for more than one day on the weekends can be booked without prior notice.

Installment Plans:
The transaction value needs to be above AED 1,000 with the maximum amount of AED 6000 per transaction per customer.

The installment plans available in the following terms:
2 installments within the 1-month plan.
3 installments within the 2 months plan.
4 installments within the 3 months plan.
All installment plans are subject to approval

Cheque Payments:
In the case of cheque return, 500 AED will be charged as a penalty if the value is less than 10,000 AED, 1000 AED will be charged as a penalty if the value is more than 10,000 AED

Car Rental Information and Policy:

Required documents :
Passport copy or emirates ID copy + driving license
Renter Age Restrictions :
Minimum age requirement is 18 years
Additional Driver :
The hirer may put on an extra driver with minimal cost 100 AED
Price :
Prices mentioned on website for daily rent, included 5% VAT
Mileage Limit :
250 KM per day, Additional mileage charge 5 to 10 AED per kilometer depends on car
Method of Payment :
We accept cash, and all Credit Cards (MASTER, VISA, JCB, DINERS and AMERICAN EXPRESS). Credit card should be valid for a minimum of 3 months from the day of rental
Security Deposit:
2,000 AED to 5,000 AED depends on car, Refundable after 21 days from the date of returning the car.
Cancellation policy:
No charge for cancellations received prior 48 hours of reserved time. However, if you wish to cancel less than 48 hours,  rental charge is applicable.
Car insurance :
comprehensive
Insurance Excess :
Deductible amount charged where hirer/driver is at fault or provided a police report under hit and run case: 4,000 AED
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) :
Reduces the excess insurance/liability amount to ZERO
Off-Road Liability :
Insurance does not cover off road usage of the vehicle and the customer will be liable for damage caused and charges arising out of such use.
Rental period :
Agreements opened on DAILY and WEEKLY rentals can be extended to MONTHLY contract. Agreements opened on MONTHLY rentals cannot be redeem to WEEKLY contract.
Traffic Violations:
Drivers are expected to abide with the traffic rules and regulations. For every traffic fine incurred you will be charged 10% extra to cover administration charges and Knowledge Fee as imposed by Government of Dubai
Fuel Policy:
Full to full, the hirer should return the vehicle with the same fuel level. If not, the hirer will be charged the cost of fuel.
Salik Fee:
5 AED per passage at Salik toll gates.
Delivery & Pick up:
Free of charge inside Dubai only.
Late Return:
Only 1-hour grace period is allowed. Beyond 1 hour, full-day charges as per the tariff card will be charged.
Airport Return Charges :
All vehicles off hired/returned in any of our airport parking will be charged an airport drop off fees 40 AED If you wish to avoid this drop off fees, rented vehicles can be returned to any non-airport
Value Added Assets :
Child Seats/Baby Seats, GPS and Wi-Fi Devices are available on request and subject to availability.
Child Seats: Daily 30 AED
Wi-Fi-Device:  for internet and GPS Daily 40 AED
Luggage and Carry-on Bags: Guests are most welcome to carry on bags or luggage inside the Limousine. Hand bags and Purse are acceptable to bring as well.

Stretched limousine and Chauffeur service

General Remarks:
Smoking are strictly not permitted in our vehicles. The penalty of violating the same will be minimum AED.500/- and can increase subject to the damage occurred.
Spider car rental LLC reserves the right to replace either vehicle or chauffeur with no penalty on to us, in case of mishap e.g. mechanical breakdown, accident, chauffeur sickness, etc.
The chauffeur details (name, contact number) will be provided 24 hours prior to the service.
Service is restricted to within the natural borders of the United Arab Emirates.

Full Day Tariff Includes:
10 consecutive hours of uniformed chauffeur service, fuel & Road Tolls (Salik).
According to RTA Dubai, chauffeur driven services are limited within the borders of UAE (Dubai – Abu Dhabi – Sharjah – Al Ain – Umm Al Quwain – Fujairah – Ras Al Khaimah)

Refusal policy:
In case of a refusal or Spider car rental LLC fails to deliver the chosen car to the renter then Spider Car rental LLC is liable to refund the full amount to the renter for their convenience.

Cancellation Policies:

Hourly, Daily and Longer
1-Once a booking is made and wished to be cancelled, a flat 100 AED is applicable as an administrative fee. If a booking is made and the payment is already taken, then the payment will be refunded within 3 working days.
2-If the booking is cancelled before 48 hours prior to delivery time,100% of the payment will be refunded.
3-If the booking is canceled during 48 hours prior to delivery time, 50% of the payment is charged and 50% is refundable.
3.A)In case of hourly bookings, the cost for the first two hours will be deducted.
3.B) In case of daily bookings, the cost of one day will be deducted.
4-Once the service already started and the guest wants to cancel the booking at any stage of the service, the balance payment is non-refundable.

No Show:

  1. Bookings made for the airport, a customer is eligible for 60 minutes of free waiting time, where an additional 60 minutes are provided with the 50% cost price of the full hour. In case a customer does not show after the 2 hours of the waiting period, the booking will be considered as no show and the full booking amount will be applicable and non-refundable.
  2. Bookings that are made in the city have a 15 minute of a free waiting period, after which 10% of the cost price will be applicable at each quarter. A maximum of 45 minutes of waiting time is acceptable after which the booking will be considered as no show and full payment will be applicable and nonrefundable.
